Returns Policy

All our parcels are carefully packed by hand at our warehouse. Should your order be damaged in transit, we will be pleased to replace it.

You may return any items purchased from the Clickety Books Online Store within 28 days of the original delivery.

Please contact the returns team at shop@clicketybooks.co.uk to start the process.

We will pay your return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
